Refund policy

Odelia Tablecloths wants you to be fully satisfied with every item you purchase from us.

• You may return your purchase within 15 days of delivery confirmation.

• Customer is responsible for the cost of return shipping. Prior to returning your item you must contact using the instructions below.

• If you do not obtain a Return Authorization Number, and the item is returned to us, it will be shipped directly back to you.

• The item must be returned in new, shelf ready condition, meaning the item is exactly as you have received it, and as someone else would be able to purchase it from our shelves. Items are to be unlaundered, free of lint and hair, in original packaging, and with all tags attached.

• You can expect to receive your refund within 30 days of receipt of your return.

The Following Items Will Not Be Accepted for Return

• Items that have exceeded the 15-day return period.

• Items that have been laundered.

• Custom, monogrammed, or items listed on our site as Special Order.

For purchases made through Odelia Tablecloths, refunds will be made within 30 days of receipt and after review of your returned product; refunds will be credited to you in the original form of payment.
